FAQ’s

Do you take campervans?

Yes we love campervans and you can also bring a trailer tent. We do not take caravans or motorhomes.

Can we freeze iceblocks?

Yes – at the farm shop and café (9 till 5 weekdays, 9 till 4 at weekends)

What time is check in?

Pitch your own After 10am, Glamping from 2pm

What time is check out?

Pitch your own midday, Glamping 10am

Are camp fires permitted?

Yes, we have firepits pre made (circle of rocks – please do not move them), or you can use your own firepit which can be placed anywhere. Enjoy campfires but please mind them at all times – be responsible for children and pets alike. No music, singing after 10pm – this is quiet time please think of others (possibly those with young children)

Can I bring a pet?

Yes pets are welcome, but please ensure dogs are kept on leads and that poo’s are collected and disposed of in our recycling area.

Can I hire bell tents and pitch our own?

If you would like multiple tents, do send us an enquiry to check we have the availability for the size of your party.

Can I park beside my pitch?

You can, however we do encourage guests to move cars to our designated car park once settled to make the camp site a nicer place to be for kids and dogs etc.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Pitch your own – Yes. Glamping – No, all bedding will be provided except for cots

Are towels provided?

No, please bring your own.

Is there a pub nearby?

There is the West Coast Arts Café bar (now called Oasis café) just a 5 minute walk away which has some great live music events, and also the village pub is in the Heart of Penally village 1 mile away.

Where can I find a shop?

We have a farm shop that sells lots from fresh (home reared) meat, Tenby is jusfruit and veg, artisan bread, and most essentials including marshmallows and skewers… Tenby is 2 miles away and has a Sainsbury’s (largest super market) and small Tesco and Co-op (Co-op is easy to access).

Cooking Facilities? 

There is a shared pizza oven (we sell pizza bases and topping at Bubbleton Farm (our farm) Shop). there are also washing up facilities in both field.

Glamping –  There are gas stoves for quick cooking and each tent comes with it’s own BBQ, firepit, picnic table, and essential crockery (if you plan to cook lots, maybe bring an extra frying pan).

 

Do I need to bring a travel cot?

You can rent one for £15 per stay (no bedding) or bring your own.

Is there electricity or wifi?

Thankfully No – we do however have a solar bank for charging devices, and we have freezers at our farm shop and café if you’d like to freeze them there. We also have free wifi at the Farm shop and Café.

Is there mobile phone signal at the site?

This is unreliable in rural Wales, however my EE signal at the campsite is marvellous in the top field (gets a bit of 4G from Tenby) but poor in the lower field.

Site Rules:

Do NOT leave rubbish or dog fowl, clean up before you leave, and plase bag all rubbish before placing in the recycling bins (excluding the glass and food waste bins), please no music playing after 9pm, and keep noise low after 10pm.
